Funding offer after admission decision?

Hey, guys, I have finally received some good news today, so I`ve been admitted to PhD program that I wanted, but(!) there is no offer of funding. So, what should I do here? Should I just wait?

Or should I contact faculty/staff?

Do you think I can somehow get some final decision(yes/no) on my funding?

Congrats! Does the acceptance notification (letter? email? phone call?) provide you with some contact info for someone who can answer your questions? If so, ask that person about it. If no contact info, then just ask the person that gave you the good news. Say something that shows that you are happy to have the opportunity and that you would like to know if there is any funding that comes with this admission. Usually if you say that, they can tell you more information, such as "no" or "yes, it will come soon" or "maybe, please wait longer" etc.

I agree with TakeruK. It'll be best to ask the person that broke the good news. The same happened to me when the funding offer came two months after acceptance. In between I asked my advisor and he assured that I would be funded but the administrative process was quite long. The profs are definitely the people who know whether there's funding for their PhD students.
