What universities can I realistically apply to for MS in CS?

I intend to do a MS in CS in fall of 2017. I'm not sure what colleges I can expect to get into. My profile is:

• GRE - 323 (Quant: 168, Verbal: 155), AWA: 4.5
• TOEFL - 116/120
• GPA - 3.6/4
• Internship  - 1 (6 month)
• Work experience - 1.5 years at a decent company (software engineer)
• No paper publications
• Recommendations: 2 strong , 1 average

What schools can I expect to get into? Do I have a chance of any top 20 schools or would that be too ambitious? What schools might I have a reasonable shot at?

Which of these universities do I have a shot at:

Ambitious:

• Georgia Tech
• UCSD (San Diego)
• UIUC (Illinois)
• U Texa, Austin

Reach:

• USC (Southern California)
• Duke
• NYU
• Purdue

Safe:

• NC State

Not sure what my chances are. What safe schools can I get into and what would be reasonably in my reach?
