Anyone else dealing with silence

For a few days during the silence, I'm working in the building where my application is awaiting its fate for one of the programs I applied to, across the hall from the grad student offices for the department.

I've got 11 apps out there. One of my longshots rejected me, but I have 10 buckets of silence - and I know, for certain, that at least 4 of those committes have already met to decide.

Personally, I'm considering silence to be the administrative pause before rejection.

My dream school said they will not be sending out decisions till late March or early April. I'm pretty excited now, yet scared at the same time.

All quiet over here too. Even though I know people in my field generally don't hear anything until late January or even February, it's still kind of nerve-wracking to hear about all these interview invitations or even acceptances.
