teds2 Posted November 11, 2016 Share Posted November 11, 2016 Hi guys, I am applying for the Clinical Psychology program in Canada this year and have a question on my CV - I relocated back to Canada about a month ago and have only started looking for jobs as I was trying to settle down, studying for GRE, etc for the past month. My previous employment as a research assistant ended in September and I am currently unemployed. Do I need to put down something for October/November/December so there won't be a gap on my CV between now and application deadline? Thanks for your input! eternallyephemeral Posted November 12, 2016 Share Posted November 12, 2016 I agree. Gaps in employment are more of a concern for industry, rather than advanced degree programs. Many people take a year off to study, apply, etc, and they are not penalized for it.
