I applied for the master's program in cs at SBU and the recommendations, application fee, unofficial transcript and test scores are showing as completed or received. However my overall application status is still showing as incomplete. At first I thought that I have to send my official transcript for it to be complete, but the admission site states that paper documents are to be only sent when asked explicitly by the department. I also mailed them but haven't got a reply yet. Can someone suggest what to do?
