The email said that fifteen students were being invited to this particular interview weekend. It was unclear whether there are multiple such weekends or not. I hope this helps. Like I said, there could be multiple interview weekends. I know that within their Biostat dept there are groups concentrating on different types of research, so who they select may be somewhat dependent on what area of research the person wants to pursue. Try to stay positive; I know I'm trying not to worry about the programs I haven't heard from. A little about me: I'm currently in a Statistics MA program. My GREs were V580/Q800/AW5.5. Is there anyone else? do you guys have any idea how many people do universities usually interview??? it could be very rough. its just that i hav eno idea regarding this. i dunno if they interview top 5% or top 20%. just any insight into it will be hlepful.
