Columbia MA in Islamic Studies

Does anybody have additional information about this Master's program? The website is scant on details, and I've been trying to get a little better of a feel for the program. I was hoping to learn more about the level of engagement with professors, ease of finding thesis advisors in such a short time, etc.

Have you tried checking to see if there are any students on their website whom you could email? Or, have you checked the program's academia.edu directory for people? Current students would be a great source of advice.

I checked the website, no students. I've never used Academia.edu as a directory, I'll check it out. Thanks for the tip

There is contact info for a woman on the Columbia Middle Eastern Institute page. I emailed her about when results would be announced and she was pretty good with replying.
