NoelMooreTRU Posted January 27, 2017 Posted January 27, 2017 Sampson (2006), in "A survey of public perception and response to heat warnings across four North American cities: an evaluation of municipal effectiveness", has found that "the effectiveness of the communication of safety precautions to different populations needs improvement". He also identified that "there is a need for more effective communication with people who are vulnerable that they need to be concerned about their safety". What do you think could improve this problem? kekology4 1
