Should you go on an interview day if you have the flu?

I have an all day interview tomorrow but I got the flu a few days ago. I'm still contagious and feeling kind of alright, but just tired. The interview would be 8-4 and I know I'd be wiped out and probably get sicker. The program offered to set up alternate skype sessions for people who can't make it. 

How much would I be negatively impacted by a Skype interview vs in person. I would feel kinda bad possibly infecting others with the flu
