I am still waiting to hear back from Boston College admissions for their PhD in Curriculum & Instruction. I had a phone interview about 2-3 weeks ago. Anyone else heard anything? I know a couple Higher Ed. people have heard, but that's a completely separate program in the Ed. School with different people making the admissions decisions (or so I've heard). Any insight into their admissions would be greatly appreciated.

I applied to Lynch School PhD Curriculum & Instruction. I have not had a phone interview, nor received a request for one. Did you, gogradschoolgo, do a visit with Dr. Cochran-Smith or another professor in the department prior to your application submission?

I spoke with her briefly--I mainly talked with a different professor on the phone prior to submitting my application. Anyway, I did get accepted so definitely relieved! Interesting how they interview some people and not others, though.
