I received the email last week from a professor, but today I got the official offer. $4K/semester in Fellowship, but this may not be enough.

No email but I checked their website and received admission with $16k/year in funding. Very excited and will definitely be an option depending on further decisions.

I got an email. Accepted with $8,000/ semester in funding.

I got waitlisted. Does GWU put everyone who doesn't get an offer on the waitlist?

Same here. I was actually surprised by the amount because Denver only offered me $5k/yr which puts it right out of the running.

I got the informal email but still have yet to receive the official offer when I know that others have. Should I be concerned/is anyone else in the same boat as me?

I've been waiting for someone to start this thread. I'm also still waiting for a decision. I have not heard from anybody by phone or e-mail. I'm not in the US now, so I understand not receiving a call but haven't received an e-mail either. My portal still says "under review". Let me just lock myself in a glass case of emotion now.

Received an awkward informal e-mail from a professor last Thursday.  Portal shows accepted.  Still haven't received an official e-mail.  Didn't get any fellowships.  Will be declining so hopefully that will help out who's waitlisted!

Curious by what you mean awkward. Can't leave us hanging there.

Alright. My wait is over. Got $1k/sem. Don't want to sound ungrateful, but... <_<

I know the feeling, it is like working as a waiter and a customer tips you $1 for a $30 meal.
