Mental Health Nerd Posted March 30, 2017 Posted March 30, 2017 I just got admitted to the two-year Master's of Social Work program at University of Toronto for 2017. Since it's a professional program, without a thesis component, I'm wondering if there are any grants or scholarships that I could still apply to for next year (for which the deadline has not yet passed). Last year I applied to the Ontario Graduate Scholarship program, but I wasn't accepted into the school and this year I missed the deadline for that scholarship. I know that a lot of deadlines may have passed already for scholarships at this point. My situation is that I finished my undergraduate degree in 2008. My GPA was decent, but I don't think it would get me a scholarship on its own. Thanks!! lovelife905 1
lovelife905 Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 Hi!! I also got admitted to the two year MSW program at UofT and I will be attending too. In the fall apparently there are a bunch of scholarships you can apply for. http://socialwork.utoronto.ca/current-students/financial-support/#internal
Adelaide9216 Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 If you have options for canadian MSW students all across Canada, I'd be interested to know as well. TY!
