My name is Andrew, and I recently just completed an Honours Bachelor of Social Science in Political Science with Minor in History at the University of Ottawa. Any idea about the French Language competency? I saw in the programme, it clearly stated that the student has the right to choose the language he/ she prefers to submit thesis, assignments, exams etc. But does the university also provide French courses for foreign students to fulfill the programme requirement?
