Looking for a roommate in Dallas

Hi everyone! I have decided to attend UT Dallas in the Fall and I am looking for a roommate in the area. I don't mind if you are from another SLP program since there are a few in the area. I am looking to live near Uptown or Oak Lawn, but I am willing to compromise. I am moving from Florida so I do not know the area well. I will have a cat with me, so being pet friendly is a must.
