Question

I just took the GRE. I do not do well on tests but I know the material very well. I scored below average like normally. I am unsure if I should take it again or just keep my scores. I am fine with what I got because tests are hard for me. My grad schools said there is no required number to get in. Should I take it again?

Everyone says there is "no required number" but have you looked at the average scores of who they accept? That's what they are looking for. If you think it will be okay and you can get it, I wouldn't retake, but if it's that bad and you think can do better, I would.

It depends on what schools youre looking to apply to and what your score is. Also, if your gpa is a bit on the lower side a higher GRE is usually necessary.
