154V, 153Q, 4.0A Good enough for NIU and UIC for MS electrical engineering?

I am applying for masters in electrical engineering at Northern Illinois University and also and the University of Illinois Chicago. I am not happy with my GRE score but will it be good enough to get me admission to these universities or should I retake the test?

I would retake it and really focus on quant.
