Spectrum Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 (edited) I have a professor agreed to be my future adviser; however, I've not heard a word from the department since. Last Friday, my status changed into "decision made" but I've not been informed in any way. So, I do not know what my fate is. Now, I'm thinking of sending an email to the professor in question, explaining the situation and then simply asking him if he could inquire about my case. Is this appropriate? I don't want to seem too pushy. Edited February 23, 2010 by Spectrum
murpstud Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 If the decision's already been made, I don't think it'd hurt. Its probably in the mail, so they'd be able to tell you either way if they know.
