EniS Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 Can I first just say - God bless this website. I know some may think its unhelpful for all the people who are anxious and nervous to the point of it being a health hazard to all congregate and talk to one another in one place but I am finding it very helpful to have some where to go when the pressure of waiting gets too much - so thanks everybody. Now, on to the matter of Cornell. Tina Slater, who bless her heart, has sent us several emails detailing the every ebb and flow of our application files (I at one point had to warn her of the perils of starting an email with 'Congratulations!' only to go on to read that my application is now complete for review -- I nearly had a heart attack). Anyway, she said accepted applicants would be notified by email in the 2nd week of March and others would recieve a letter in the post at the end of March. And yet, the results page shows a handful of people getting acceptance emails yesterday and today. Anyone know whats going on?

I imagine it was a mass e-mail as there was nothing personal about it.

adam_cs Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 sorry to hear that brouhaha. Cornell is acting weird. Giving MS admission to people who already has a MS degree.
