Yeah, my roommate and I are going to ask them face to face if they can keep it down in the future. If not, I looked at the noise disturbance laws in my area and they can possibly be evicted after two noise complaints to the police, so I've got that in my back pocket (don't want to use it though). I have a feeling they're underage (and obviously drinking) so I'd feel kind of mean calling the cops.
