Omg the upstairs comment is something that I am dealing with and what is driving me crazy right now. I'm coming from Florida and am currently in Ohio and when I talked to the property manager she told me that that was common and I am not in a dorm and should expect to hear some noise. I told her I knew what "normal" was and me hearing the person walking across their apartment, them flushing the toilet,them opening their drawers, is no where near normal.
