PhD in Political Science or PhD in IR/PS?

It seems that pretty much all admitted students to PhD programs get fully funded. Is there a need to apply for FA? If yes, should applicants submit FA applications now or wait until they decide to attend (sometime in April or May)?

I am looking for SOP samples for Georgetown MSFS and JHU SAIS MA (or the like). Will current students be so nice to post yours? Or maybe they have already been posted on this forum?

It seems that the sample SOP essays posted in this forum are tailored for PhD programs. Has anyone ever posted/seen an SOP example for masters programs (e.g. Johns Hopkins SAIS and Georgetown MSFS)? Thanks!

I originally registered for a test in November, but moved to a December test date. I am trying to send scores to schools using MyGRE, but the option displayed still shows the November test date. Should I select that option?

I took the GRE today. As of now, I've submitted two applications, and I'll submit the rest in the next week or so. Should I report my instant scores to schools now or wait until 10-ish days later to self-report all scores and percentiles?

When is the last date to take the GRE to meet the December 14/15 deadline? Some schools have December 1 deadline. I know I should take the GRE as soon as possible, but when is the last date possible?
