I applied to NPSIA and the program at Ottawa for P&IA. My three are: 1. International Institutions and Global Governance 2. Intelligence and National Security 3. Conflict Analysis and Conflict Resolution

Interesting, I have received no such email! Was that an internal email from Carleton (assuming you are a Carleton Undergrad) or just a regular email? April is simply a bridge too far...

I will just pretend I didnt read that Perhaps she didnt want to disclose or cause any controversy as a result of her saying yes and then turned to a no. Just reading the language of the MSW makes me feel better though!

I would take out the "I am very sorry to bother you". Something I would say in person but not in an email.

I am in the same boat! I posted a thread about it as well to see what others thought! It feels almost like a Seinfeld moment where George isnt sure how to take it!
