I'm going to OSU for their Statistics PhD program. I don't know if you attended the Graduate Information Day, but I was really impressed by their program and their current students. I don't know anything about UIUC though, so I can't really help you there.
When I was in contact with them, the woman I talked to was named Veronica Stallings. She always got back to me the same day I emailed. I think she is one of the support staff for the department. You may want to contact her if you haven't already.
You seem to have similar stats as me, and I got into both UNC and Michigan. I'd say that you have a decent shot at Harvard/UW/Hopkins and a really great shot at everywhere else.
I was just there last weekend for the Graduate Information Day and there were both PhD and Master's students there. I would say that you are probably waitlisted if you haven't heard by now.
Congrats! Are you talking about OSU Statistics? If so, I got in too I spoke to the graduate coordinator who told me that all PhD students will receive funding in some form (TA, RA, fellowship). You may want to talk to them yourself to confirm, but I don't think you should be too worried.
