I second this. I'm still a wee little undergrad, but I'm doing a directed study on Beckett this semester to gear me up for an MA next year. So far I've only read his older novels (Murphy and Watt), the trilogy, and a handful of his shorter plays. All have been fantastic and I cannot wait to read more. Also on my plate: some Paul Auster fiction (The New York Trilogy) and Foucault's The History of Sexuality.

Friend: So where are you going next year? Me: Oh, well most applications were only due 10 days ago so I won't even know if I've been accepted anywhere for a couple months. Significant other cuts in: Well, our first choice is University X, but University Y wouldn't be so bad, the weather is nice there and when I visit we could go to tourist attractions A, B and C. Me: No... no, that's not how this works...
