I think they've been doing this long enough it's unlikely they'll have forgotten about your application! I just think not every place requires an interview.

I wish today...

Does anybody else sort of feel this general sense of weariness from the whole process of applying for Fellowships? I was a finalist for Marshall, and I'm still waiting to hear back on a different one the first week of April, and it's been this roller coaster of emotions all around.

Eilish is the program coordinator of US Fulbrights to the UK. FPA= Fulbright Program Advisor, which you'd likely have if you are applying from a university and had to get nominated to apply in even the first place, but it has nothing to do with the officialness of the Fulbright program itself. Everybody who had an interview was told from Eilish that we've had one, but other than that, we've heard nothing from the IIE itself (that I know of). Most of us are also doing partnerships as well, I think, but it probably depends on the university that you are applying to as to how many candidates were selected for interviews/etc.

I wish they wouldn't have emailed us this. I'm still trying to calm down from that email earlier today.

To all the UK-ers, I asked my FPA about how long approval would take, and they said to expect next week or later..... ARGGHGHH EDIT: Oops- just saw the above post. By results only, only posting if we got it or not? =(

This was almost a taunting message though not intended that way! Not that I don't appreciate them saying this, but this was bloody terrifying and I couldn't get my phone to load email fast enough.

Just got an email saying they submitted their nominations. God dang it my heart just stopped. They said we should know soon. Everybody else get this?

Biomedical engineering and Nottingham! I'm always a little worried about the partnership awards since there is just one for a particular school, but I can keep dreaming for now....

So, I know it seems like in the past, notifications came about 3 or so weeks after the interview? But was somebody here told 2 weeks on their phone interview? Do you think they'll still hold until mid-March? And why Friday at least? /Why not tomorrow?

You should know better than to get notified on all posts when people are flipping out about being notified. Assume at least a few pages of posts a day. =P

Ha app- not your fault- it's just driving me crazy because it hit me we might not find out this week, which would actually drive me insane since my finals are next week. Also, Battlestar was good until they made it a giant religious metaphor in the season finale. At least, in my humble opinion. Castle is also a great show to people who have already seen all the ones listed
