Any "younger" art historians doing interesting Medieval or Renaissance art? Northern or Italian?

Is anyone else feeling really down and anxious about hearing back from schools? I'm not even supposed to hear until after next week but I can't help thinking that I'm never going to get in anywhere! How do you guys stay positive and occupied??

Smith is still taking students, but be aware that UT is a terminal MA program. You can apply with the intention of continuing into the PhD eventually, but they technically need to reaccept you.

Maybe there is already a thread for this, or maybe it's none of my business...but I'm wondering where everyone is going now that most decisions have been made? Perhaps we could all put school, MA or PhD, etc?

Could anyone comment on the Masters program at UT Austin? How well does this program prepare you for further graduate work at the PhD level? I'm worried that although it's a great school, it will be easy to get "lost in the shuffle" since it's a bit larger then most programs? Thanks!

I'm interested possible rankings as well! How does UofT stack up against other programs (both Canadian and American)?
