Undergrad: UC Los Angeles '08, Sociology | Asian American Studies
1st Masters: San Francisco State University '12, Asian American Studies
2nd Masters (pending on acceptance): ..........UCB or UCLA, Social Welfare.
What I got from UC Berkeley: "Thank you for your interest in the UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare MSW Program. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer you admission to our program. Each year we receive many more qualified applicants than spaces allocated by the state. We wish you the best of luck on all your future academic endeavors."
Well...I guess that's that. I'm waiting for UCLA....
Me: I'm going for my 2nd Masters in Social Welfare/Work to become a LCSW
random person (family/ old HS and undergrad friends):"Again?!...you're collecting those degrees I see!"
Me: *rolls eyes* Yea, I know what I want now. (and don't judge me, kthanksbye)
I don't know if there is a forum yet for it, but has anyone heard anything yet from UCLA's MSW program? Just thought i'd get the discussion started. =]
