They set a class before sending out rejections? It sounds like if you're accepted, you get an offer you can't refuse.

Same here, although the percentage is a bit higher if you already have health insurance.

Any news about the Notre Dame MTS, other than the highly suspect posting on the results page from last week?

Full-funding offers at Vanderbilt (Dean's Scholarships, Carpenter Scholarships, etc.) went out around Feb. 11, the Scholars' Day for students to visit who were offered named scholarships is on March 15. So if you haven't received a fully-funded offer I doubt you will, unless someone turns down an offer in the coming weeks. I don't have knowledge about how less than full offers are decided, or if they've been decided.

Has anyone received word from ND's MTS program?

After a season of rejections, and perhaps after multiple seasons of rejections, at what point do you realize that maybe you aren't cut out for graduate school/academia?
