Are you serious? I would say, among major stats areas, UCB is always better, ignoring the reputation itself. And its location might be better if you want to find job in industry such as IT/Bio

I would rather to use the NRC 2010 PhD program ranking. All Stanford/Berkeley professors I know recommend this. And as far as I see, it does seem to be more reasonable.

Hi, I found there were 2/3 offers sent out on Jan. And a few rejections are sent out last week. What is the status of the admission? I don't have any news so far.
