  17. Hi everyone, I am also aiming to apply for fall 2014. Much of my research falls within the area of demography and quantitative methodology. My LLB is in Sociology, with a minor in Finance. Currently working on my masters program in Applied Sociology. I have been told that contacting faculty members directly to discuss my interest in program is really important. Professors prefer to admit the applicants they are familiar with. Is that true? BTW, does anyone want to apply for Univ. of AZ?
