Have any of you been through any interviews yet? I have one coming up in Management/OB (yay!) and wonder if you can provide any guidance as to the types of questions being asked. I saw the blog post on interviews (science-related) that had some generic questions that are good primers, yet I'm wondering what types of questions are coming up specifically for the OB field. For those interested in the Ross PhD, I just got off the phone with their office and they said they will be making decisions "in the next few weeks". In addition, she added that she was not sure if interviews had taken place (at least for M&O) because each department is on a slightly different schedule.

Hi there. I wonder if anyone is also awaiting a response - any response - from UMich for the Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management & Organizations (OB). I've been watching the results (obsessively) and saw one international individual post they got an interview notice back at the beginning of February, yet I have not seen any more activity. Is it possible that's the only other person on this forum interested in this program? Doubt it! I, like others, am pulling my hair out. If anyone knows anything about the status of where UMich is in their process, I would greatly appreciate you sharing. Thanks very much.

I notice that people keep saying they check their spam folder. Do the school emails sometimes show up in Spam?

Has anyone completed the Personal Statement essay question on the application for the Wharton Ph.D. program (not yet open for this year)? They do not have a description of it on the application process. As I prepare to complete the statement it would be helpful to know if it is more along the lines of an SoP or a Personal Statement. It would also be helpful to know the length requirements, if any. Thank you in advance.
