Should intl studnets live on or off campus for the first year?is there some graduate experience that is being missed out on if we dont live on campus? Ill be in Cambridge/Boston fall onwards and was wondering if anyone has insight

What are the career prospects of planning? Is the market ridiculously slow? I got into GSD and need to decide if its worth it. Id ideally like to work directly with urban revitalisation projects more on the conceptual/research/policy design side.

How important is it to have a publication under your belt if you are six months out of college, and have been doing research with professors all through your undergrad? My academic profile is pretty good, but i dont have a publication.
