Dannika_Star I think I read a while back that you were interested in putting together a Facebook group for new MSW students entering UofT? Are you still interested in doing that or have you already done so?

In terms of ROSI... Honestly... Who knows how long that information had been up there. I only thought of checking AFTER I heard that the decisions had been mailed out. It could have been up there much sooner than that.

Your student number will remain the same, but the home screen will change if you are invited to the program. I'm still using my previous student number and will be using my previous UTOR card.

For some reason the mail east of Toronto is a bit sluggish, she'll probably get it today. I had already made up my mind to email Angela on Wednesday if it didn't show up by then.

Finally got my package today... Not sure why it took so long to get to Pickering lol I was a bit worried for a second lol

Congrats to everyone who has been accepted!!!!!! Good luck to those who have yet to hear back, as well as to those who have been waitlisted and/or didn't get accepted. My first outright MSW rejection from York (two years ago) was very hurtful, so I have an idea of how difficult that can be. The post-degree BSW that I am currently finishing up (at York University) has made the world of difference for me and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to take it, while gaining more experience in the field! Where there is a will, there is a way! It takes a lot of strength to get back out there and build so that you can try again! Stay strong!!! As a side note... I have yet to receive my package in the mail (starting to develop ill feelings towards Canada Post lol).

I hope that I haven't caused her to receive a flood of emails about this - that would be awful. I hope that she isn't annoyed.

If it said that for everyone who applied, then "everyone" who applied would have the same status/message... Clearly not everyone does, as you said yourself and we've seen here in the forum.

I haven't received mine yet either. I'm not worried though, since Angela confirmed. A friend of mine who lives outside of the city had the same invite status and received her "big" package today from UofT. She's not home yet so she cannot tell me the details.

You could be waitlisted! You never know... In a few days the decisions will be confirmed via the mail. Good luck!!!

No the system goes down at night! it shouldn't go down until 12:15 but sometimes it goes down earlier, you'll need to wait until after 4 am or so, check the hours - it will say them when you attempt to log in.

On the main page when I sign in - It's just there. Are you looking in ROSI Wanttoknow28?? The invite never said that it was conditional, I'm assuming that Angela checked before responding. She said: "Congratulations! This means that you have been conditionally accepted into the program. The offer packages were mailed out yesterday afternoon. The offer letter will outline the conditions of admission."

Hopefully they get through for you! York's admissions can be difficult to deal with at times...

Professional and personal experience are both extremely important and you have a wealth of both! If anything it shouldn't be understanding that they feel, but admiration... You've been able balance so much and still accomplish all that you have accomplished! That is truly impressive, if they don't see that I would be shocked!
