Hi chiming in....thanks for providing info. Looks like my daughter will be attending this fall. Out of state also.

She was accepted, off the waitlist for Portland State. So happy and relieved. Hope good news is on the way for all.

As a mom, I can tell you that it is so hard when your kid's are rejected after they have worked so hard, as I am sure you have. But also, know that whatever the outcome I am sure your parents are very proud of you and all the work you have done to get to this point. It's not over yet! Just have to be patient. Think too, that being on a waitlist is positive. It's basically saying, we want you, we just dont have enough room and we hope that someone will decline our offer so we can accept you.

I wish that those accepted to more than one school would choose one and make room for so many that are waitlisted.

This has definetly been a long month. And I have a feeling that April will drag on also.

It is horrible! Still waiting on one more.... In hindsight should have applied to more.

Yes, I noticed that too. If they dont reject anyone then I assume if you received an email with a low "ranking" that would equate to a reject. It appears from the search page, that last year they did not send out ranking emails.

I sent you a PM.

I checked the portal and it said: Status: Decision made / Please contact Admission office. So called and denied.

Denied: University of No. Colorado. One left to hear from...

My daughter just got an email stating that she is very near the top; and would let her know by mid-late April. Very positive news; after 2 rejections.

Has anyone else noticed that there are no rejections on the search results page. Just acceptances and waitlisted. Waitlisted here.

First rejection, University of Washington. Was a long shot. Hopefully better news in the days to come.
