Also, has anyone else been accepted to BU and declined their offer? I was trying to brainstorm a really polite rejection to them (since they aren't funding) and it turns out it was a very simple form to fill out. Kinda weird.

So any news from Rutgers yet? I saw two results on the board but that's it. It's the only school I'm waiting to hear back from.

So at this point, my decision really comes down to how much funding I am going to be receiving. So far, both of the programs I am considering have been pretty silent about what they can offer me. Is it okay to ask about funding? I feel almost childish when it comes to asking but it's really the deciding factor for me. A professor I met with at Penn State emailed me and asked if I had any questions/concerns? Is it okay to ask for an update? ahh April 15th is coming up way too soon.

Has anyone heard back from UC - Santa Barbara at all? It was one of the first schools I applied to so I figured I'd hear back from them sooner than others.

I also applied to the Rutgers MA... No word yet though. Hmm.

My first notification was an acceptance. This relieved a lot of stress and I figured it would take the sting out of any rejection I got. Yet when I got my first two rejections today within a few hours of each other, it hurt like hell. Rejection is no fun, no matter what the circumstances. Good luck to those who are still waiting on good news.

I have ten to go. I thought having an acceptance under my belt would take the sting out of the rejections. It's still pretty painful. It's going to be a fun next couple of months.

Also, how awful would it be if potential POIs called you to give you your rejection? Haha..

Anyone else get an acceptance/rejection from Indiana University - Bloomington? I'm not bragging but mine was the only one I've seen pop up on the results board so far. Also, no magical Princeton phone call for me either.

Well, anyway! It looks like Berkeley is sending out decisions now. It's kind of vicious watching all those rejections come in. Yikes.

I literally had a dream last night that I got three acceptance letters. In reality, I haven't heard anything at all yet. It's torture.
