  1. @marinashutup Yeah, the "which Rory boyfriend is your favorite" question is a real personality test.
  2. RT @arthur_affect: When ppl say "I used to be an SJW" they tend to mean "I used to mouth liberal catchphrases that didn't cost me anything"
  3. Aaaand there was a pre-Valentines Day slaughter on the Cornell front. (I got my first rejection this morning via generic email from Cornell for fiction (does that sentence need more prepositions?).) Oh, and hello new people!!
  4. I actually use MFA Draft! Haha, and that Cornell reference, jjinx. I swear, we can take the comments and posts on that facebook wall and turn it into a comedic/satirical/maybe a little romance novel. I love it there!
  5. Thanks, everyone! I can't wait to hear back from you guys about your acceptances.
  6. I just heard back from UC Davis! I got accepted into their Creative Writing Program for fiction!! This is the first time I've heard back from a school, so I'm feeling really optimistic. I just hope this isn't some weird and twisted trick.
  7. Good idea bumping this thread again. Hopefully we can get it going! I'm applying to: University of California, Irvine University of California, San Diego University of California, Davis Mills Cornell University of California, Riverside Columbia CSU Long Beach CSU San Bernardino San Diego State University All for fiction. The waiting is agony. And I've seen that most of the schools I've applied to usually notify in late Feb or early Mar. I shouldn't be obsessing over this so much. Key word: shouldn't.
