Just got acceptance notice from Notre Dame!

I noticed! Looks like I'll be calling on Monday to see what I can find out~!

They just posted something about it on their facebook page.

I've been put on the waitlist for Cornell. It feels like I went through the anxiety of waiting for an answer, only to get a second serving. REALLY hoping someone chooses another school, so I can move up from the list.

I've heard mention several times of a deadline that most schools are supposed to follow (at least flexibly) in the acceptance process. Would anyone here be kind enough to fill me in on the dates relating to this information?

Have any non-international students heard anything from Notre Dame? Also, has anybody gotten word from UWA's 3d4m program?

Received a rejection letter from Alfred via postal service today.

Arrgghhh! I was at work (my first day too, so I dare not look at my phone) and missed a call from Cornell! Sheesh! Can my nerves get any worse! Did anyone out there receive contact from them today over the phone?

First, any word on U of Washington (Seattle), Cornell, or Notre Dame? They all seem to be some of the last to contact prospectives, but there isn't much information on when they interview. Any help? Getting rather nervous. ermm a couple (maybe more) times everyday.

Broke down and got in touch with Alfred, they'll be contacting for interviews +/- this week or next, slight delay due to weather.

Congrats on the solo show! I'm constantly cleaning and rearranging the studio, wondering why bother if I'm gonna end up packing it up? I've got an installation coming up on Saturday, and can't wait to see how it's received (showing an iteration of a larger work in progress to see if it produces the desired effect). Calmed down a little, only checked my email 6 times this hour.....

Yeah, I guess my thing is I'm wondering as much about the interviews. Like everybody else I'm sure, it's driving me batty! If anyone hears anything please post results, interview or otherwise. Thanks everyone for the discussions and the posts, it's nice to know there are others going through the same internal dramas.

I've been avoiding posting this question, but the suspense is killing me! I don't know how many times a day I can keep checking my email, and my postman probably thinks I'm close to stalking him. Has anybody heard anything from Alfred, Cornell or U Washington? There's so few data points in the main results search, and I can't find any other real resources for a decent timeline of interviews/acceptances/rejections.

Jessica, wow! It's funny, I tend toward a different feel from your work, but I appreciate more the work which I could never make. I am especially captivated by the tension and formal aspects exhibited in 'rubber form'. Your photos rock btw. I'm a 'non-traditional' student too. I don't know if they're allowed to count age, but experience certainly can't hurt. Clare I'm partially colorblind, so I don't know if I'm having the correct experience, but you make me dizzy! I can only imagine what they are like in person, it seems they would all be much more three dimensional, like 'Failing to...' Where did you apply? Maybe I'll see you in the fall.
