    Frantic apartment hunt is on. I have contacted about 5 or 6 property managers by now but only one wrote back. Should I start calling?

      i signed my lease a month ago; in college towns it might be too late.

      always start with the call. emails always get lost. but personally, I'd look at houses. the people are usually eager to lend them, there's no contract, only thing is do your due dilligence
