I hope you're right! I wish they would at least break the waitlist into 2 tiers & let people know whether they are top or bottom tier. I emailed them on Monday & they would not tell me anything about my position on the list.

I wonder if they will wait until the April 15 deadline to start notifying those who are waitlisted, even if people decline before then....

I'm wait listed, so thank you to those who are declining. It's between Redlands and UWEC online for me. I much prefer an on campus program, so I really hope I get a spot at Redlands!!

That's funny that you say that...the ones I've heard about from friends all work in public school settings. Now it seems as clear as mud to me what their focus is.

I don't know a lot about their program, but I know several people who are SLPs or who work with SLPs, and they have all said the SLPs they know who got their degrees from Redlands are EXCELLENT clinicians.

What do you mean they won't even start reviewing them until April? What have they been doing for the past 2 months?

Just bringing this back to the top. It looks like Redlands started sending notifications on the 25th last year...I've been stalking my email today! I emailed them on March 9 and received the reply, "We will send an email (letter attached) by the beginning of April. Hopefully they will go out the last week of this month." I'm hoping for sooner rather than later! I just don't understand why they take so long since they don't even do interviews & they had a Jan 15 deadline!

I sent my acceptance to Dr. Stadler electronically this morning. She already replied, so I guess I'm set! She communicated my decision to the Graduate office, so they'll send my official paperwork next week. I'd like to set up a FB group for us, but I have to have at least one FB friend to add to the group! Will you send me a private message with your name so I can send you a friend request then add you to create the group?

Yes, I believe I will send my acceptance tomorrow. Did they tell you about the $100 after you accepted? The letter I got doesn't mention it.

There weren't a large number of posts on the results page from last year either. I think a lot of people are just not on grad cafe. I just received my rejection letter in the mail yesterday.

That is my understanding too, Lauren. I want to email Dr. Cox back to let her know that we can't see decisions in CSDCAS, just so she knows for future cohorts, but she sends her emails from a donotreply email address... I'll have to see if I can find an email address for her on the website.

Anyone else waiting not-so-patiently to hear from ECU online? I really appreciate how communicative they have been, but I wish they'd hurry up already!!

Futurespeechie, I just saw another acceptance posted...please tell me it was you!!

I don't think so, but I can't be sure. Her email said, "I’m sorry you were not accepted into the masters program. You should be receiving a letter from admissions soon." I supposed that could still leave room for being waitlisted, but I doubt it. My mail just came & still no letter. It seems like they sent out acceptance letters first, then the rest. If you email Diana, I bet she'll tell you your result.

Well, I didn't get in. I emailed the admissions office last week to see what day they mailed letters. I received an email reply from Diana today letting me know that I was not admitted and that I should receive a letter in the mail soon. Sad day. This was my first choice school.

Now 3 people have posted an acceptance. I live 20 miles (or less) from LLU, so I'm starting to think that if I was going to get a letter, I should have received it by now. I guess we'll see what tomorrow's mail holds...
