I know!! I see 2 acceptance results posted. I didn't get anything in the mail today either. I really hope that doesn't mean bad news. I have never wished so much that the postal service delivered on Sunday!

Still no word. Makes me wonder if the person that posted the waitlisted result was just messing with us...It seems odd that there would only be one person who has received a decision.

Me too!!! I emailed Diana today to ask whether we can expect to be notified via email or usps. She said "You will receive a letter from admissions..late this week or early next week"

I just saw on the results page that someone received an email yesterday indicating that they were waitlisted! That means we should all be hearing something soon!!!

I love all of the good news rolling in! I have been accepted at UW-Eau Claire (distance) so far. The rest... Loma Linda: Interviewed 2 weeks ago & expect to hear back from them in a week or two. ECU: Heard from them today - they will be sending out notifications in the next week or two (they don't do interviews). Chapman: They sent out their first round of interview invites & I did not receive one. They did say that they will be sending more invites over the next couple of weeks. Redlands: Haven't heard a thing. The next couple of weeks are going to be the death of me!!!

Apparently I didn't make the first round cut for interviews. For those of you who received emails, what date(s) are they conducting them? I sent an email to the department yesterday to inquire about the status of my application & received the following response: "The department just sent out the its first interview invitations today and will continue to invite students for interviews for the next few weeks." Good luck to those of you who got interviews! Hopefully I'll still get an interview at some point, but not holding my breath.

Has anyone heard anything from them yet? It looks like they started conducting interviews at this time last year.

I really enjoyed working with my group too & actually thought it was kind of fun, but I am disappointed that the interviewers didn't actually ask me any questions individually. Futurespeechie...I wonder if we were in the same group. Who were your interviewers? I interviewed with Terry Douglas (dept chair) and Janine Benner.

What did you guys think of the interview? I felt very confident about the essay, but the group interview really threw me. I think I worked well with my group, but the interviewers didn't write anything down while we were there. How do you think they will be using those interviews to make decisions?

I got my acceptance letter in the mail today! It was postmarked 2/3/15.

I just received an email with directions to the interview location. Getting excited to get this show on the road!

They told me it would be mid-February. They also said they will be sending decisions via regular mail. I've never been so anxious to check my mailbox each day...

Since they didn't give any directions in the interview invitation email, I assume they will send a follow-up email to all those who sent an acceptance. In my email reply to the interview invitation, I just said, "I look forward to receiving further instructions regarding where to report for my interview." I hope they will provide more information regarding the process, but I didn't specifically ask for additional information.

My writing time is 9:50-10:50 and my interview is 11:00-11:45.

Awesome! The email sounded to me like it might be a group interview. Did either of you get that impression? Are you both local? I live in Riverside, so I'm pretty close to campus.

The timeline on their website says "Applicants selected for Interview are notified in late January". Just wondering if anyone has heard anything yet?

Yes, the email was sent to my personal email account - the one I provided on my application.

It happened to me. I contacted them & they said they had no record of my previous application ever being in the system & suggested I start a new one. They also suggested I start & finish the app in one sitting. Super frustrating. I suspect they wipe out apps for a given term once they have filled their spots for that term & are reviewing apps for the next.

caligirl002, where are you in CA? I'm in Riverside. Are you applying to any local schools?

I went through the same dilemma a couple of years ago. I know in my area, there are not many school-based OT jobs. I think they have only 1-2 OTs per school district. So, if you're leaning toward a school setting, that's something to consider.

Thanks! I live in Riverside, so LLU is super convenient for me. However, my husband travels, 3-4 days at a time, once a month or so. I'm just trying to get a feel for what kind of child care I might need for my kids when he is out of town. Your info really helps!

beeslp, when you say 3 nights a week for class, what time do classes usually begin & end? I've applied to LLU for Fall 2015 & am holding my breath for an interview call!
