  1. I totally agree - this experience has been up and down. I've been noticing that people have already been accepted (UCI) in the Results section, but I haven't heard anything. When I spoke to the grad coordinator on Friday, she told me they're still reviewing files. Argh!
  2. Hey congratulations! I'm still waiting to hear from Irvine - it's my #1 choice. When were you notified? And how? I got a message that allows me to click a link to submit a Statement of Intent to Register (MyAdmissions@uci), but it won't let me sign in. I have a feeling its a general message and not specific to me, but my hopes are (nonetheless) UP.
  3. I was just looking for a link to contact the staff and request the very same thing. What are we? Chopped liver? Anyway... have applied to UCIs PhD program and am STILL waiting to hear the final word. Looks like they've made some decisions, but according to the grad coordinator, they're not done yet. Have also applied to Cal State LA (MA-Forensic Mental Health) and Cal State Long Beach (MS-CJ), but UCI is my top choice, obviously. Best of luck to both of you.
  4. I'm an undergrad, too - CJ at Cal State Fullerton
  5. I understand UCI began notifying "accepted" applicants last week, but no news on a rejection yet. Keeping my fingers crossed, but at this point I may lose circulation and have to have them amputated.
  6. Has anyone applied to UCI's PhD program?
  7. Which program did you apply to??

  8. I would hardly expect it would be rude if you've been rejected, unless of course you intend to reapply at a later time - by that time, the grad secretary may have even moved on. On the other hand, if you've been accepted, you've been accepted - how could it hurt? I haven't heard from my #1 choice yet - I'm planning on calling tomorrow.
  9. Has anyone received rejection or waitlist notifications from UCI?
  10. I was just wondering who out there is applying to Crim PhD programs for Fall 2010.
