I am in the 2017 class. I interviewed in late February last year, and received my acceptance on April 15. Hang in there!

I did my undergrad at Texas State and loved it! Had I planned on staying in Texas, I would have applied to the graduate program. Amazing staff and supervisors!

I interviewed on 2/6/2015 and still have not heard anything. Someone posted that they have an interview this Friday. I think they will make a final decision on everyone once the interviews are finished. This is very frustrating and anxiety inducing.

Whose been accepted to Governors State University and are considering attending? Facebook page? Where are you from?

I applied to all Chicago area schools. Just received my first acceptance to Governors State but still waiting to hear from Midwestern.

mostly sociopolitical questions that require critical thinking

There are two 10 minute interviews. One is clinical and the other is personal. They want to know that you can think like a clinician. The other is going to be more "Miss America" questions. Then the rest of the time is touring the campus and clinic, and they take you to lunch with the other applicants.
