No I did not make to the academic interview yet. How did you find out that one applicant made to the faculty interview? How can you say that your application has been declined? Do not get disheartened I believe they conduct interview based on the day you submitted your application thats why I asked you on which date you submitted your application. As long as your VIP page says 'Registered/Waitlisted' there is hope. All the best...

I applied for PhD EE. I guess applicants in spring admission cycle are much lesser in number than in Fall admissions cycle. When I see the history of forums on this website discussing KAUST admissions, I found all of them were for Fall admission cycle.

Hi! I am a prospective international PhD student who is planning to attend UCF in Fall 2015. I shall be moving to Orlando with my wife and a newborn daughter. Can you please guide me about estimated cost of living (family accommodation, utility bills, required health insurance for me and dependents, food, transportation, mobile phone and internet services etc)? Is it necessary to have a car for family or one can access any place using public transportation? (Pl note that we are not looking for a luxurious life. I need estimates of minimum total monthly amount I should have to sustain me and my family while attending UCF) Thanks a lot.
