I plan to work full time during grad school. I work evenings and weekends so my days off would be when I have my internship. I'm sure I will have to utilized time management skills to the max come August.

Yes i meant for the pre-licensing workshops. They have MSW courses that count as the workshop courses in the continued education program. So it's taking your mandatory courses and workshop courses together. The most you'll have to come out of pocket would be for two pre-licensing courses through through the extended workshop. CSULB has the most courses to offer that cover all the courses required, that's what drawn me to program initially.

I'm not sure. I thought of that as well based off CSULB has more course going towards getting your license in the future. But at this point I'm just sticking to the program who has accepted me at this point. We'll all be interning, and possibly working together in the future.

Same time, I was nervouse to turn them in separately.

I totally understand the debt part too well, which is why I prefer a CSU or private or going out of state. But CSULB has the added bonus that majority of their courses are the additional hours for licensing. So it's a win-win when taking classes there.

3 months. I applied on Oct 7th and got my letter Jan 17th.

I applied early October as well, with everything (CSU application and program packets). I called CSUDH to see my status and was informed I was sent a letter. CSULB sent me an email stating I'm pending.

Oh yes your a shoe-in for any program.

I applied in October and I got notification this month.

I got accepted into CSUDH 2-year program and I'm pending with CSULB.

Any idea how long you have to accept your admission to the program you're applying for?

I was considering applying to their online option out here in Los Angeles a well. And I agree with you on the price stamp of the education, that's something holding me back. Help us please and thank you?!?!?!?!?!?!? Lol

CSU Mentor applications are still up for all colleges but as far as the UC schools they have their own websites and deadlines not monitored by CSU mentor.

I'm super nervous waiting on a decision from both CSU Dominguez Hills and Long Beach. It feels like I didn't apply to enough schools. I'm starting to consider applying to Columbia's online MSW program here in LA. What do you guys think????

I'm just not big on USC for some reason. I'd rather do a CSU and come out with the same experience gained as a USC student. Plus that $17,000 vs $80,000 graqd school loan makes a difference too. I have roots at both school so I will be keeping my fingers crossed!!!

I'm sooooooooooooooo nervous. I counting on my work experinece, certification and kick ass LOR's. I'm even down for interviews if necessary.
