Hey everyone! I've accepted an offer to UConn! Is anyone else headed to Storrs?

I was waitlisted to UConn. Didn't email my POI while applying, still haven't email them. I responded to the DGS email saying I was waitlisted, but he hasn't emailed me back yet. I'm going to the welcome weekend the last weekend in March, but I hope I hear back from them before that.

WAITLISTED TO UCONN!!!!!!!!!! this is the first slightly positive news I've heard!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That UMD email was a killer. I got so excited. I also have seen an acceptance and a rejection via website for UConn on the results page but I haven't heard anything...I have no idea what this means but I'm getting anxious.

Lol just got my rejection letter from Yale. Three rejections in three consecutive days.

I just got a call from a blocked # but I was in class and my phone wasn't on silent so I panicked and hit ignore and they didn't leave a message.... hmmmmm

Rejected from Northwestern too! I'm actually slightly relieved. No offense to all the Midwesterners on this forum, but Chicago was too cold for me!

Thanks for all the encouragement. I really needed it tonight! And Josh, that absolutely sucks. I wish programs would announce at the beginning of the application season if they aren't taking specific interests.

I just received my first official rejection. Definitely hurts a little bit, so I'm saving the letter for a bonfire.
