Hi all, I just received a Fulbright research grant to Germany! From what I've heard, I think DAAD announces around the same time...so, we should be hearing soon. Hope those of you on this thread hear some great news too!

Thanks! In one of the threads from past years it says that their status changed in about a week from "selection made" to "funded"...It's been about two or three days since I first checked the portal and noticed the first change...I'll keep checking... I've also applied for the summer intensive language grant, so I'll post as soon as I hear anything. I've got my friends checking my campus mailbox for me for snail mail...

Wow, that's soon! Thanks for the information. All I know from our office is that last year notifications were sent out in late March. Are you also waiting for Fulbright? Hopefully the final decisions on those come sooner rather than later. Best of luck!
