  1. I am an undergrad with a second-author publication in revision, along with numerous presentations at conferences of three professional societies. Rejected across the board. This process is brutal.
  2. I emailed the graduate coordinator back in January, and informed me that I had not been offered admission into CNAP, and wished me luck on the journey into graduate school.
  3. I do know that CNAP has already sent out invites, but I was hoping by some grace of the gods that my application would have been referred to that program. I would email the grad coordinator, that's how I received my rejection notice.
  4. Behavioral/Cognitive Neuroscience PhD Programs 1. Duke (CNAP) 2. UCLA (Behavioral Neuroscience) 3. Vanderbilt (Cognitive Neuroscience 4. Emory (NAB) 5. Georgia Tech 6. WashU (Behavior, Brain and Cognition)
  5. I applied to both of those also! We should keep each other posted!
  6. I haven't heard a word from any of the programs I applied to yet. From the looks of it, no one has.
  7. Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia is where I completed my undergrad in Neuroscience and Psychology (double major). I had the chance to work closely with faculty members and head up research projects beginning my junior year. I was able to travel to 3 different conferences, along with a publication in a high impact journal (with 2 others in prep)! The school readily offers scholarships to international students, and it is a surprisingly diverse learning community. The downside, however, is that it is a women's college. So if you are a woman, then i would plead you to apply! Feel free to PM me for more info
