    I have an interview April 7th. Part of me hopes it will only act to strengthen my conviction in the offer I already accepted.

      why are you taking the interview. Isn't it a bit disingenuous to go on an interview when you have already accepted another position?

      2 reasons. I was rejected at this school when I received my only acceptance, thus, I signed my life away. Weeks pass and school #1 apologizes and un-rejects me. I agreed to the interview because if admitted, I could live at home with my husband during grad school, vs living 9 hours away from him (school I already accepted) for the next 5 or 6 years.
