So to clarify you got wait listed for the two year program????

Check your email and your portal it's under applications and application status

They are probably waiting for response so they can garage their wait list and send out some more acceptances

Hahhaha they could be saving some spots for April acceptences for undergrad in process to see final grades, but I doubt Cuz I swear a few people on the post is still in school and they got in. However, I know about 5 undergrad who are still in school who havnt heard anything so we thought that too.At this point I am happy I applied to york post-degree because I thought it would be two years but it will actually take me one year because they gave me so many credits. I am also glad I don't have to commute to lakehead lol...I totally don't blame people for thinking about their plan b. It has nothing to do with being negative or losing hope. It's always good to have a solid plan B in anything you do in life. A few of us may still get in but we never know so let's be safe than sorry

I totall agree with you in regards to UofT, I think they are waiting on responses to gauge their wait list / rejections but their top people have definitely been offered admissions in my opinion. However, to each belief it's own. I still think there is hope but I believe they know who they are rejecting at this point in my opinion and most likely send rejection and wait list last when they have the acceptance numbers figured out

I got an email today that I have been granted admissions and then I went to check myfile at york, and it says admitted for the post degree BSW and some details about it..

i wanted to let you guys know i got into York post degree BSW. I am coming from UofT and they gave me 90 credits, so am thinking i can finish this in a year considering that its 30 credits that am missing. even going into the summer next year to ensure i finish on time if i go that route. I am still waiting on UofT nonetheless but at least i have a backup. I have also applied to lakehead and haven't heard anything yet.

I know but we also thought that we were completely screwed but at least we know there is hope . She also said they are doing it earlier because it gives students a fair chance of deciding between school.

Your welcomed, someone I know know someone who works there and she agreed to meet with me because of that person and she told me that . She high in the department so I know she is telling the truth and she knows what she is talking about

Hi guys, I just wanted to let you know i spoke to a credible source at admission from Uoft because I am currently enrolled in Undergrad, and they said that don't worry there is more acceptances to come, they send out different wage of acceptances. that don't stress because there is still lots of hope.

Yes it does mean they made a decision. You should check rosi to see if it says invited but definitely the decision was made as if to invite or reject you

Am thinking maybe uoft sent out offers to the students who they offered funding packages because they don't offer funding to everyone.

That is so vague to me. They could have sent out all the decisions already ... Ughhhhh

rosi refreshes and on Fridays shut down from 6pm to 10pm for updates. As a uoft student I know sometimes thats when things get updated on the website. so maybe then there will be updates. you never know.
