The University of Oregon program does fully fund if you're given a graduate teaching fellowship (GTF). It means being a TA or RA for the most part. The fellows are unionized (representation is nice) and the health insurance is outstanding. I'm not sure how many people are given fellowships, but the majority (if not all) of my cohort got one. *source - UO second year.

I forgot to mention that on U of O's GradWeb page it still says pending, so I have no idea if they update that or not.

Thanks. :-) I was notified by email the last week of February from the program's director, and received the formal acceptance letter March 5th. I'm sure it's program by program.

Got my acceptance letter from U of O last Thursday (3/5).
